Are your products authentic? How can I be sure of the quality of the products you offer?

You can find only authentic clothes and accessories from different designers and collections at our shop. All items are new with original tags and holograms.

Do you have a catalogue?

Unfortunately we don’t have a catalogue as the list of products is changed frequently.

I see a pair of shoes that I want to purchase at the site but my size is not shown. Is it available?

If the size is not shown next to the product image, it is not likely that we have it and will be able to get it again. Please contact customer support team to clarify this information.

I saw a product at the site some time ago. It is not shown now. Will it be in stock again?

All products shown at the site are supplied one time only. It is unlikely that the same product will be in stock again. Please contact customer support team to clarify this information.

How to Order

How to place an order?

It is easy to place an order at our on-line store. Please follow these steps:

Find the product
You can use the menu at the left side of the page (Brands, Category, and type of the product) to browse the site. You can also search for a particular item using the "Search" field located in the right corner of the page. To see more information about the product you are interested in please click either on the image, or on the name of the product.
Select the necessary details
To have a product in your shopping cart please select the size and the quantity. Then click on the "add to cart" button.
Confirm the order at the checkout page
If you decide that you don't want a particular product please change the quantity of this item to "0" and press the "update" button. In case you want to continue shopping you should click on the "Buy more" button so you can browse the site (the product will remain in your shopping cart). If all the information is correct please click on the "checkout" button.
Complete the order
To complete the order please fill in the required forms with you billing and shipping address, and the payment information.
Keep the order #
As soon as the order is placed you will be able to see the order #. Please keep it in case you have any questions concerning your order. The order # will help to identify the order you have placed.

When will you actually post the charge?

The order procedure is executed in the following way:

As soon as you fill in the form at the checkout page and press the "Submit" button, the information is transmitted to our processing centre where it is checked and thus the credit card is charged.
As soon as the payment is authorized, your order is approved and processed.

Is it secure to give my credit card information at your site?

We take the security of our customers seriously and thus we take reasonable steps to protect your information. For submitting the order you are redirected to the secure order page. The security of the page can be easily checked: an icon resembling a padlock is displayed on the bottom of most browsers window, this shows that the information you insert into the form is SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encrypted when transmitted to our credit card processing company. Please remember that a secure page begins with "https:" while insecure ones begin with "http:" without the "s" at the end.

We sell on-line only. That’s why we are able to sell designer products at accessible prices.

What are the shipping methods?

All parcels are shipped with DHL Courier Service ONLY.

What are the shipping rates? Does the shipping cost depend on the amount of ordered items?

Shipping rates are different for different countries. Also, the shipping cost depends on the amount of the ordered items. At the billing page, our system will automatically calculate the weight and the cost of the parcel.

Can you give me an approximate weight of jeans and a t-shirt?

The approximate weight of one pair of jeans is about 800 gr. One t-shirt weights from 300 gr to 500 gr. Shoes weight about 2-3 kg.

Do I have to pay Taxes and Customs Duties?

Unfortunately, in some cases your country Custom and Revenue office may charge you taxes and customs dutis. Please note that we are not responsible for these charges. To help you to avoid an additional payment, we ship your item(s) as a "GIFT" with a low commercial value. However, if the charge is applied it is your responsibility to pay it.

Will my order be shipped the same day I purchase?

It takes 24 hours to process an order but in some cases ( if our Customer Service Representative experiences a problem to contact you over the phone) it can take longer. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE NEED TO CONTACT YOU BEFORE WE SHIP THE ORDERED ITEMS TO CONFIRM THE ORDER AND THE SHIPPING ADDRESS.

When can I expect the delivery?

The estimated delivery time is 2-3 days after the dispatch. However, in some cases (e.g. if a parcel is stopped at the customs), it may take longer.
